Ingredients: (makes 6-8 bars)
- 1 and 1/4 cup All purpose Flour
- 1 cup Plain chocolate
- 3/4 cup sugar ( more or less as per taste)
- 1/2 cup Butter (Unsalted) (room temperature)
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup Walnut
Method:
Melt he chocolate chips and butter on the double boiler till it melts well. In another bowl beat eh eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix the chocolate mixture to this and blend it well. Add flour and mix it well without any lumps.
Pour this mixture into tin (which is greased well with butter or use greaseproof paper). Spread the mixture evenly. Sprinkle Add chocolate chips, Walnuts.
Bake about 30 minutes at 350 F. Cool it completely. To turn out, run the knife all around the edges and invert on the sheet. Cut into square for serving.
Note: Brownies should be moist indie. So do not over bake.
