<ul>
<li>1/2 cup Brown sugar (ling / dark)</li>
<li>1/2 cup walnuts (finely chopped)</li>
<li>1 tsp Cinnamon</li>
</ul>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>Take a bowl add cream cheese, butter, sugar and beat it till it gets soft.</p>
<div id="attachment_166" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a rel="attachment wp-att-166" href="http://bakingfeast.wordpress.com/2009/07/04/cream-cheese-sprials/img_5385/"><img class="size-medium wp-image-166" title="bakingfeast" src="http://bakingfeast.files.wordpress.com/2009/07/img_5385.jpg?w=300&#038;h=225" alt="bakingfeast" width="300" height="225" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">bakingfeast</p></div>
<p>Once its done add flour and combine it well. ( just like normal dough we do ) Take the dough and divide into 2 size ball.  Now flatten each half and cover in greaseproof paper / warp and  refrigerate for 30 minutes.</p>
<p>For filling combine all the ingredients  ( filling ingredients ) mix it well ,and set it aside.</p>
<div id="attachment_167" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a rel="attachment wp-att-167" href="http://bakingfeast.wordpress.com/2009/07/04/cream-cheese-sprials/img_5395/"><img class="size-medium wp-image-167" title="bakingfeast" src="http://bakingfeast.files.wordpress.com/2009/07/img_5395.jpg?w=300&#038;h=225" alt="bakingfeast" width="300" height="225" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">bakingfeast</p></div>
<p>After 30 minutes take out the dough and Roll out thinly into circle about 10 inch diameter or more or less.  (i am using small dough ).Trim the edges with a knife.</p>
<div id="attachment_168" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a rel="attachment wp-att-168" href="http://bakingfeast.wordpress.com/2009/07/04/cream-cheese-sprials/img_5397/"><img class="size-medium wp-image-168" title="bakingfeast" src="http://bakingfeast.files.wordpress.com/2009/07/img_5397.jpg?w=300&#038;h=225" alt="bakingfeast" width="300" height="225" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">bakingfeast</p></div>
<p>Bruse the surface with the egg white (so that the filling will be hold properly), then sprinkle the brown sugar mixture all over the dough evenly.</p>
<div id="attachment_169" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a rel="attachment wp-att-169" href="http://bakingfeast.wordpress.com/2009/07/04/cream-cheese-sprials/img_5398/"><img class="size-medium wp-image-169" title="bakingfeast" src="http://bakingfeast.files.wordpress.com/2009/07/img_5398.jpg?w=300&#038;h=225" alt="bakingfeast" width="300" height="225" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">bakingfeast</p></div>
<p>Cut the circle into quarter and each quarter into 4 section, to form 16 triangles (just like we cut the pizza slice but more triangles)</p>
<p>Starting from the base of the triangles, roll up to firm spirals.</p>
<div id="attachment_170" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a rel="attachment wp-att-170" href="http://bakingfeast.wordpress.com/2009/07/04/cream-cheese-sprials/img_5400/"><img class="size-medium wp-image-170" title="bakingfeast" src="http://bakingfeast.files.wordpress.com/2009/07/img_5400.jpg?w=300&#038;h=225" alt="bakingfeast" width="300" height="225" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">bakingfeast</p></div>
